Floating Home Designed by Jim Olson

Jim Olson designed the house, which was built in 1976 and sits on a corner of a group of floating homes in Seattle’s Lake Union with open water on two sides.

It’s 1,000 square feet, with 3 bedrooms, a powder room, a three-quarter bathroom, custom furnishings, sliding doors to a deck and extensive round skylights on the upper level. It’s listed for $2.888 million.
